Q: How to read year on the list ?
A: The year on the list is Japan' traditional era name,
Example: "Year 11" means "Year 1999 "and "Year 12" means "Year 2000" .

Q: How to read start price ?
A: Star Price shows in JPY.
Example: "13.0"means "JPY130,000" .

For bidding the car, please remit 10% of your bid to our acocunt.
In case of your bid JPY 300,000, JPY30,000 is to be deposited first.

Q:Is it acceptable to pay by visa ? because it will take time to send you TT ?
A: At this moment, we can not accept for credit cards, but faxing or scanning the document which proves your TT before auction is OK.

Q: What will it happen if I lose the bid after TT ?
A: Your TT( 10% of your bid) is auctomatically held to your next bid.

Q: What will it happen if I win the bid less my bid ?
A: Your TT is credited to FOB price which means total amount of the car. the balance is to be paid within 5 days after auction.

After confirming the cars and your TT, we bid the car on behald of you.
If we win the bid, we will issue you Proforma Invoice by end of auction day.
